SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA. All client data is hosted on EU-only infrastructure — Scaleway data centres in Amsterdam and Paris. Infrastructure runs multi-region with automated failover and a dedicated disaster-recovery site, with failover and data restoration tested every month rather than assumed. Encrypted backups and data retention controls are standard, and all processing is GDPR-compliant, including data access and deletion rights.
