Integrations across TradFi, CeFi and DeFi.

HedgeGuard connects to the counterparties your fund already uses — custodians, prime brokers, fund administrators, market-data providers, execution venues, crypto exchanges and on-chain wallets — so positions, cash and economic terms flow into one book of record without manual imports. Connectivity spans TradFi, CeFi and DeFi through a modular, API-first layer, with new venues added on request.

01 / Overview

Take control of the portfolio lifecycle.

Every counterparty feed — custodian, broker, administrator, exchange, on-chain — lands in the same book and is reconciled against it on a continuous cycle. A feed that fails or goes stale is flagged as an alert rather than silently skipped.

Integrations use FIX 4.4 and 5.0 for execution and order flow, REST and WebSocket APIs for digital-asset venues and market data, and scheduled file ingestion where a counterparty delivers by SFTP or CSV rather than API. Because the layer is modular, adding a venue is a scoped piece of work rather than a platform change — which matters when your fund adds a strategy, a prime broker, or a jurisdiction.

01

Traditional finance (TradFi) — institutional asset & data integration

Connect custodian banks, prime brokers, fund administrators and market-data providers, and route order flow to brokers and execution venues over FIX. Administrator connectivity feeds the NAV workflow directly: HedgeGuard ingests the official NAV file and matches it against the shadow book at fund and share-class level, flagging variances before publication. Multi-currency and multi-entity account structures are handled natively, so cash, securities and derivatives reconcile per entity rather than in aggregate.

02

CeFi exchanges — advanced crypto connectivity & workflow automation

Spot, margin and derivatives activity across centralised exchanges including Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Bitfinex and Gate.io, with institutional custody through providers such as ForDefi and Fireblocks. Trades, balances, funding and fees are captured per venue and per sub-account, then reconciled against the internal book on the same cycle as your traditional positions — so a crypto sleeve produces the same evidence trail as an equity book.

03

DeFi protocols — Web3 integration for next-gen portfolio management

On-chain positions — staked assets, lending and liquidity-pool exposure — are tracked from wallet addresses across Ethereum, Solana, Polygon and other supported chains, and valued in the same daily cycle as everything else in the book. Positions held on-chain outside any custodian are reconciled against wallet balances directly, which is the part most traditional systems have no answer for.

02 / Architecture

Two domains, one core.

Crypto and Traditional finance both flow into a single modular API layer with unified reconciliation, audit, and reporting. Every integration is monitored live, with status and latency surfaced in the operations dashboard.

  • Exchanges, custodians, brokers, and on-chain explorers on the Crypto side
  • Dealer/broker, custodian/admin, and service-provider integrations on the Traditional side
  • Open API for custom partners, BI suites, and reporting platforms

04 / Deployment

Live in 30, 60 or 90 days.

Foundation, execution, expansion. A phased rollout connects your most critical integrations first. A new fund from a clean sheet typically goes live in 30 days; a migration including historical data in 60; a deployment wiring in a full set of third-party APIs in 90.

05 / FAQ

Portfolio management software integration & connectivity.

HedgeGuard connects to the counterparties and data sources a fund already uses: custodians, prime brokers, fund administrators, market-data providers, execution venues, crypto exchanges and on-chain wallets.
Integration capabilities ensure that information, resource allocation, and compliance reporting flow automatically between all relevant business systems, optimizing efficiency and reducing operational risk.
Onboarding a new venue or counterparty is a scoped piece of work rather than a platform change, because the integration layer is modular and API-first. Timing depends on whether the counterparty offers a documented API and what data you need from it; we scope it during discovery.
FIX 4.4 and 5.0 for execution and order flow, REST and WebSocket APIs for digital-asset venues and market data, and scheduled file ingestion (SFTP, CSV) for custodians and administrators that deliver by file rather than API. Where a counterparty has no API at all, file-based ingestion is configured to their format.
Yes — our systems support automatic audit trail logging and real time compliance monitoring, reducing manual actions, mistakes, and delays for every project or fund.
Absolutely — open API allows you to connect leading project management, business intelligence and reporting suites for seamless dataflow and single-pane-of-glass visibility across business lines.
With HedgeGuard, integration is step one toward long-term cost efficiency, faster project delivery, lower error rates, and more time spent on growing the business rather than reconciling spreadsheets or data feeds.
Yes. HedgeGuard connects to a broad range of custodians, prime brokers, banks, and crypto exchanges through its integration layer, and new connections can be added on request. Existing connectivity spans both traditional and digital-asset venues, so your entire book feeds one platform.
Yes. Administrator connectivity is central to the reconciliation and NAV workflow — HedgeGuard ingests the official NAV file and matches it against the shadow book at fund and share-class level, flagging variances before publication.
Yes. HedgeGuard exposes an API for pulling positions, transactions, valuations and NAV into your own systems — data warehouses, BI tools, client portals, or internal risk models. Your data is yours and is retrievable programmatically, not just through the interface.
Yes. HedgeGuard is API-first and is regularly deployed alongside an existing EMS, risk system or reporting stack rather than replacing all of them at once. Migrating your book of record doesn't require tearing out the rest of your infrastructure.
Every inbound feed — custodian, broker, administrator, exchange, on-chain — is matched against HedgeGuard's internal book on a continuous cycle. Mismatches become breaks, breaks route to an analyst queue with an SLA, and each resolution is logged with audit-ready evidence.
Feed health is monitored continuously and a failed or stale feed is flagged rather than silently skipped, so a missing custodian file surfaces as an alert instead of appearing as a phantom position break. Where a venue supports it, HedgeGuard backfills the gap automatically once the connection recovers.
